Individual Community Access

We are dedicated to supporting people to live as independently as possible, this includes supporting you to access your community.

As a registered NDIS provider, we deliver high quality support to enable you to connect with your community.

This can support you to increase your independence and to live how you choose, by using our staff when and how you need.

We have several activity groups you could choose to participate in.

These groups are all about supporting you to develop new skills, build new friendships and most importantly enjoy what you do.

You can choose to join in one or all of our activity groups.

If you are between 5 years and 17 years old you could join Club Teen, our school holiday program.

This program delivers engaging activities over the school holiday period.

Activities will build your skills, develop friendships and most importantly be fun!
