Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services empower you to lead your life, your way, in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) support that provides help with and/or supervision of daily tasks to develop your skills so you can live as independently as possible.
SIL supports usually provide staff support overnight and during the day when you are at your home. SIL supports are delivered in your own home, or a home you rent.
At CLRS, we offer SIL to those who live on their own or in shared living arrangements, where you can enjoy the benefits of community living while receiving the support you need.
Our experienced and supportive support staff work closely with each person to create a personalised support plan.
This plan is built around your goals, preferences and daily routines, ensuring that you have choice and control over your life.
Support can include assistance with personal care, cooking, cleaning, medication management and community participation.
We also take your safety very seriously. In Victoria any home where overnight supports are delivered must have an approved fire system. This supports the safety of the person with disability and their staff team.

We are currently advertising for two vacancies in shared homes in Echuca.
These vacancies are located in Eyre Street, Echuca and Mitchell Street, Echuca.
In both of these homes, rent and board costs are additional and shared between all residents.
