Professional Timing
All event distances are professionally chip timed by Tomato Timing and the results can be found at their website after the event has finished.
Headphones
There WILL be other pedestrians and cyclists on the paths. We recommend you do not use headphones, but if you must run to music use just one earbud and keep the volume low. You need to pay close attention to everything around you. Please be aware of people, cyclists and pedestrians dogs.
No Dogs are permitted to complete any of these events with event participants. (Only assistant dogs and guide dogs are allowed)
Water Stations
We will have water stations throughout the course
- Half Marathon: at 6.5km, 9.5km, 17.5km and 20.5km
- 10km: at 6.5km and 9.5km
- 5km: at 2.2km and 4.5km

Entry Fees and Refunds
All entry fees include GST and are not tax deductible.
A refund of 80% of registration fees paid will be available for any withdrawals more than 30 days prior to the event date.
No refunds are available within 30 days prior to the event date.

Transfers and Resale
Event Transfers are permitted and must be completed through the Race Roster Event listing.
A $10 administration fee will be applied to all transfers.
Refunds/credit notes cannot be issued for the difference in entry fee (if any) when downgrading your distance.
You must not offer your (or any other persons) Entry for sale through any medium, including auctions (on eBay or any other auctioning or similar means). All individuals involved in such conduct will be disqualified from the Event.
Event Day Filming and Photography
We will have a number of photographers on the course and at the race hub. We also have one of our Platinum Sponsors, Radiant Media Productions, taking video footage and drone footage on the day.
If you don’t wish for your photo to be used, please advise us before the event or on race day, at Race HQ we can give you a coloured wrist band to wear that signals to photographers not to take your photo. Some of these photos will be posted on our social media channels and may be used for marketing purposes for future event promotion.
Rubbish
Please use the bins located at the water stations to dispose of gel packets and other rubbish – do not litter on the course.
Not Permitted
Strictly no bikes, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades or pets permitted on the course. Mobility aids are allowed.
Event Day Support
On the day, you will see a number of high-vis vests in a few different colours. They represent the following;
Chief Marshal – Bright pink
First Aid Officer – Bright Green
Deputy Marshal – Bright pink
Race HQ Support – Bright pink
