How to leave a gift in your Will

We have provided the following suggested wording for your Will, however we recommend that you seek the guidance of your legal advisor or Trustee company to ensure your wishes are properly expressed.

Please ensure the correct wording is used and include our full name and ABN:
Community Living & Respite Services Inc. ABN 44 201 747 656.

Choose one of the options that suits you best, and then add the wording below:

A Residual gift: I give the remainder of my estate
A Percentage gift: I give ………% of my estate
A Fixed Amount gift: I give the amount of $………
Assets: I give my ………

and then include the following wording:

…to Community Living & Respite Services for its general purposes and I declare that the receipt of the CEO or other proper officer shall be an absolute discharge to my trustee who shall not be bound to see the application of this gift.
