Alicia's Story

Alicia commenced with CLRS in 2019 as a Direct Support Professional, bringing with her a background in nannying, office work and hospitality. 

Amy's Story

In 2019, Amy Ebert returned to her hometown of Echuca to be closer to family. Motivated by a strong desire to give back to her community, she enrolled in a Diploma of Community Services, drawn to its broad scope and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. 

Liam's Story

Liam joined CLRS in April 2025 as a Direct Support Professional. Prior to this, he spent three years working as an independent support worker for a young boy with a disability — a role he balanced alongside his studies until completing Year 12 in 2024. 

Annie's Story

Annie commenced with CLRS in 2017 as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Annie had completed a Bachelor of Health Science and worked in the sector previously in a variety of roles. The DSP role provided Annie with flexibility and the opportunity to support her 3 young children and still maintain a career in the sector. 

Charmaine's Story

Charmaine joined CLRS in February 2024 as a Direct Support Professional, and in April 2025 stepped into the role of Acting Team Leader in Defined Programs.

Cris's Story

In 2006, fresh out of school Cris started working with CLRS as a Direct Support Professional. He completed a Certificate III Disability traineeship during his first year of employment.
