In 2019, Amy Ebert returned to her hometown of Echuca to be closer to family. Motivated by a strong desire to give back to her community, she enrolled in a Diploma of Community Services, drawn to its broad scope and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Amy brings a diverse background to her role as Support Coordinator, having worked in the music industry, retail and office management. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Music Industry) and an Advanced Diploma of Music Business, experiences that have shaped her adaptability and people-focused approach.
Her journey with CLRS began as a student on placement. Although new to the disability sector at the time, Amy was eager to learn. “CLRS had such a great reputation in Echuca,” she says. “I thought it would be a great place to start—and I was right.”
Now completing her Diploma of Mental Health, Amy continues to grow professionally while staying deeply committed to supporting others.
“I’m proud of the example I’m setting for my children. They see me helping others and promoting inclusion. Seeing someone achieve a goal after months or years of effort—that’s the best feeling.”
